Aquent is looking for a mid-level Digital Marketing Project Manager for our Fortune 500 Financial client. This is a full time, remote, 9+ month assignment with full benefits - medical, dental, 401K and more. The right candidate for this role can comfortably handle a mix of hands on project management to help the Marketing team and our Creative partners as well as applying strategic thinking to continuously improve our operations and create process efficiencies. We’ll look to you to deliver flawless execution across multiple formats, channels and points of distribution.
Project Management...Support moderate to large complexity workflows to map out schedules across multiple teams, ensure communication and manage through to delivery with very little oversight from leadership.
Manage multiple project plans in a complex and dynamic environment, revising and ensuring dependencies and risks are captured and communicated.
Shepherd marketing creative through our digital execution process while ensuring strategic intent aligns with execution/delivery at every step.
Develop a deep understanding of best practices and mandatories for outbound digital marketing channels such as email, SMS, mobile app, and website.
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive program efforts.
Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure marketing initiatives deliver on intent.
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent program/project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage/prioritize work in a dynamic complex environment.
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes.
This involves the ability to build presentation materials and cohesive documentation that have equal impact when read as standalone or shared in a meeting environment.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
3-5 years of experience in Project Management, agency or client side
3-5 years of experience working with interdisciplinary teams including art directors, copywriters, strategists, analysts and marketers
Deep understanding of process management and project management methodologies (Agile, primarily scrum and Kanban but other flavors as well)
Proven experience producing large volume campaigns and managing a high volume of current workstreams (expert multi-tasker is a MUST)
3+ year’s experience in financial services marketing (or another highly regulated industry)
Understanding and experience with Direct Mail and/or digital execution
Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms and understanding of taxonomy and workflow for organizing and categorizing assets
