Job Description:

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to build digital products and deliver satisfying digital experiences to our customers. The Product Manager will deliver on product objective by leading the cross-functional team including development, program, marketing, and other stakeholders. The Digital Product Manager will lead analysis of Voice of the Customer and analytics data to understand our customers, validate assumptions and improve products. Working directly with development the Product Manager will prioritize and define digital experiences that meet business needs.

• Own digital product and feature roadmaps and be responsible for the product strategy.

• Drive digital product discussions such as, vision, goals, tenets, narratives, business reviews, product status with stakeholders with executives (technical/non-technical).

• Define features and work with software engineers, designers, and researchers to build and maintain them.

• Able to impact product brand, CX/usability, technical and feature design trade-offs, team engineering roadmaps (internal/external), and org business goals.

• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life-cycle

• Technical background with knowledge of agile software development and web technologies

Required Skills/Attributes

• 3-5 years of marketing experience with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results is required

• Proven success in a digital product management role is a must

• Understanding / Experience with agile software development as a practice

• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the digital product life cycle

• Technical background with knowledge of agile software development and web technologies

• Ability to communicate, persuade and influence, both verbally and in writing

• Good organizational skills and problem-solving skills

• Passion for customer experience, and the ability to translate user stories into new features and products

• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
