Area Description:
The Marketing Operations team is here to inspire and enable world class creative work. We lead programs focused on Agency Management, Production Operations, MarTech and Business Affairs/Deal Desk. Equal parts business partners, influencers, trainers, and coaches, we have extensive experience in partner management and marketing governance, and a deep and wide understanding of the agency marketing model.

Role Description:
Play a pivotal role in supporting marketing through business analysis and development. We are specifically looking for someone to help launch and manager our Production Insurance program as well as assist with additional audits in the marketing production space. Some of which include reviews on web-based asset approval systems, production workflow tools, production server environments, and web based codec systems. You will be working across marketing teams using your organizational skills and knowledge to guide clear change in Google marketing. You thrive in fast-paced, team environments and are comfortable pivoting between multiple projects at any given point in time. Problem-solving comes naturally and your ability to build consensus is a key strength to your success.

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary POC for our agency and internal production teams in regards to our Production Insurance program
Set up reporting structure and cadence for production insurance in partnership with sourcing
Actively support identified production audits/discovery in areas such as Production Server, Approval tools, and Workflow systems with cross-functional partners (MarTech, Procurement) as well as key production stakeholders
Deliver clear insights into drivers of revenue, risks, and opportunities
Assist in determining next steps and roadmap for production services
Clearly identify and articulate future opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of agency/marketing experience
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Must have the ability to communicate promptly, professionally, clearly in person and via written correspondence.
Must be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail and be able to enter data using correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ensure effective prioritization and collaboration.
Team player.
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would specifically be exposed to production best practices and have knowledge of the benefits of incorporating tools into the production workflow
Understanding of the production insurance process from the agency/post house point of view
Experience in deploying tools at scale for either agency or client teams
Ability to deal with ambiguity, solve complex problems and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed and often, remote team.
