Job Description:

We are seeking an Advertising Enrollment Specialist for one of our valued Fortune 500 clients. This role is remote and a 3 month+ length.

The Advertising Enrollment Specialist facilitates the tracking of digital advertising campaigns from pt-in through all stages. In addition to data entry, the specialist also maintains copies of documents necessary for the enrollment process, conducts verification of all data, ensuring accuracy and timely entry of information. The specialist shares essential summary updates with our clients and the internal team as necessary.

Responsibilities:
Enrollments Processing (2+ weeks/month)
Download form submissions from Formstack & reformat to fit trackers
Review/verify dealer selections (address missing info, verify dealer code and Business Centre)
Verify Always On Provider for Paid Search enrollments; escalate discrepancies for follow up
Record details in Billing Tracker (1 per campaign, includes data for all digital advertising partners)
Record details in Provider Trackers (enter campaign data into 28 trackers, 1 per provider)
Forward individual enrollment confirmation emails to Provider(s)
Modify enrollment data as needed to accommodate client change requests
Process change requests, which impacts our data flow
Ongoing QA to ensure consistency across all data sources - Formstack, Billing Tracker, Provider Tracker(s), Confirmation Email(s)
Compare data in each document to identify and address discrepancies. For example; original dealer enrollment data might reflect a different budget amount than what was requested by another client. Changes must be accurately documented and communicated to all impacted stakeholders

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, vlookups, etc) required
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and draw inferences from research findings and prepare reports
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional
Database management skills including querying, reporting, and document generation
Excellent organizational skills and must be detailed oriented
Positive, friendly, approachable disposition
Ability to work with multiple priorities
