The J&J Design Studio (JJD) works globally across the Company’s business segments: Consumer, Pharma, Medical Device and Corporate. By utilizing the power of design, we optimize the user experience for consumers, employees, healthcare providers and patients.
We are not a traditional design studio. Because we collaborate with our business partners at the inception of new product development, we are able to apply design thinking and craft creative solutions to products being developed.

You are a self-starter and inspire with fresh ideas and new approaches. You have a high level of purpose and will only deliver excellence in work quality. You also toggle easily between the creative executions and the developer/coding functions and are considered a talented problem solver.
o Working and collaborating with the business partner, you will bring the Care Club loyalty program to life through branded emails (new & templated), approximately 100 for 2021
o You will design compelling email concepts which may include copywriting and visual asset creation in partnership with multiple marketing teams.
o You will translate designs into templates that can be reused (~ 50% of emails)
o Responsible for translating designs into coded email for distribution
o Supporting one project but touching multiple brands across Consumer Health, your experience in both the creative discipline and the tech sector makes you uniquely qualified
o You will identify existing and emerging email trends (eg. video, gifs) to inform creative and strategic opportunity areas
o You will partner with other disciplines to identify definitive deliverables within specified timelines and prioritize workload accordingly
o You will maintain project schedules and identify opportunities for increased efficacy of design projects
o You have a clear creative point of view that is articulated through a thoughtful and considered approach to achieve strategic results
o You will grow, build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and business relationships
o You will apply best practices across touchpoints to ensure that design specifications are implemented within set timelines and budgets
o At least a bachelor’s degree in Branding, Visual/Graphic Design, or related creative field is required
o 4 – 7 years of design experience is required
o 1 – 2 years of coding experience is required within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
o Strong visual, written and oral communication skills are required
o Clear, concise writing and speaking skills are required
