Job Description:

Aquent's Client is looking for an Instructional Designer to join the team. This team supports nonprofits and community leaders with education and training on how to increase their impact using company products and services.

The Instructional Designer will be a vital part of designing and creating learning experiences (online learning, decks, PDFs, videos, etc) for our programs and partners. The individual will work internally with teams across the organization to curate training content and build education solutions to serve our nonprofit and community partners.

Responsibilities:
-Work directly with partners and internal stakeholders to understand and characterize learning needs
-Become an audience and product expert
-Curate a range of existing training content to build meaningful learning journeys
-Design, develop, and deliver engaging and informative learning content to be delivered in multiple formats (online learning, decks, PDFs, videos, etc)
-Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up-to-date and in line with larger organization goals and initiatives
-Build relationships with key cross-functional partners to understand how your content is being received, and take action based on feedback
-Set up measurement and be able to articulate the success of a learning experience

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
-2+ years of experience in curriculum design or educational content development
-Knowledge of instructional design best practices
-Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects at one time
-Experience working with Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems and authoring tools
-Experience with visual design (primarily in PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe suite)
