Job Description:

As a quantitative UX researcher in Product Foundation, you'll be responsible for conducting strong analyses of survey-based user feedback and behavioral data to identify and surface user needs. Your ability to structure and analyze data for maximum impact will be critical to driving successful outcomes for users. Your data-driven insights will aid engineers and product managers in establishing roadmaps and prioritizing the most important infrastructure improvements for the company.

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to rigorously evaluate surveys and quantitative research data to inform product direction
• Collaboratively develop a program of research to deliver critical insights on aggressive timelines
• Scope and codify key aspects of iterative design research for consistent application across product phases
• Contribute to product strategy, execution and go-to-market plan
• Manage research vendors to help augment the work of the research team

Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time against aggressive deadlines
• Proven experience with statistical analysis of research data using R
• Experience with storytelling for maximum impact
• Experience with autonomy and decision making to balance demands

Education/Experience:
• BA/BS in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics
