This position is 100% remote and accepting candidates from TX, CA, WA, OR, AK only

This position is accountable for helping to implement a range of innovative tactics to grow impact / influence paid media in driving acquisition and demand gen business. Responsibilities include focusing on full funnel activation.

The position reports to the Sr Manager Media. The position establishes and maintains working relationships with employees at various organizational levels; with external vendors and contractors as appropriate; and with incumbents in management levels of the Marketing and Communications organization as needed.

Establish strong working relationships between Media teams, regional marketers, cross functional teams- Project Managers, Creative Services, Analytics, Web, Operations/Billing to deliver high-quality, thorough, timely and efficient work Leverage experience in digital and cross-channel media tactics; help determine implementation of optimal media channels to drive net new patient and portfolio growth.

Have intimate knowledge of the regional market / service line assigned in terms of stakeholder landscape, competitive environment, industry trends, service line offerings, product features

Ability to develop strategy for, execute and optimize biddable media buys across search (Google and Bing) and social platforms (Facebook, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn) as well as emerging platforms

Troubleshoot and solve for pain points / problems in processes.

Disseminate necessary data to teams for various reporting purposes.

Help measure impact of paid media; innovate and iterate based on performance and results.

Demonstrate fundamental understanding of marketing platforms / technologies.

Manage processes to ensure data integrity and implement across partners; connect the dots between disparate data; accurately represent data to influence decisions

Leverage audit mechanisms to continuously measure channel performance and quickly identify performance issues.

Ensure proper contracts / terms with vendors; evaluate IO notes req by vendors.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Required -Media strategy, planning and buying, social / community management or performance marketing at or with an agency; Understanding of emerging channels

Required -Knowledge of digital: Video, Social, Programmatic, Search (and traditional channels)

Required -Demonstrated success delivering against a wide variety of campaign goals from brand development to demand gen

Required -Understanding of targeting/segmentation and analytics; anticipates shifts in industry and media usage, leverages data to develop strategies to drive engagement and drive business growth

Preferred Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred.
