We are partnering with a leading retailer to bring on a Senior Product Manager for a temp-to-perm position. You can sit anywhere in the USA but must not need any sponsorship. This position will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of Omnichannel programs including Fulfillment and Post Purchase consumer experiences.

The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and post-purchase operations (order management, payments, customer service, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, store fulfillment) to create easy and delightful shopping experiences that goes across online and in-store retail, working closely with Technical, Functional and Business teams. This is a unique role that must work strategically, driving ideas for growth and new opportunities, while tactically solving customer and business problems that exist in existing products. 


Responsibilities
As a senior member of the Global Product Management team, you will own product vision, and roadmap to achieve consumer centric omnichannel experiences
Collaborate with peers and leaders across the organization to solicit needs, define vision, and drive prioritization.  In addition, you'll present strategies, plans, and risk mitigations to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership on a regular basis while conducting data-driven analyses to continuously maintain a pulse on performance and the state of the business.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5+ years of product management experience specifically with a technology, logistics or ecommerce company
Working knowledge in Supply chain and Fulfillment operations, Inventory management, Order management, Payment processing, Fraud management, Reverse Logistics, back-order, financial and inventory reconciliation and Drop ship will be key to the success of this role
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive consensus and deliver results in a matrixed organization across various retail partner models including franchisees
Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions. Prior knowledge of web analytics tools such as google analytics or adobe analytics a plus
Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and drive execution a high level of focus
Demonstrated ability to understand technology concepts and implications, manage trade-offs and opportunistically evaluate new capabilities with internal and external partners/vendors
Prior experience managing and leading high-performance teams a plus
Prior experience in managing and leading programs in Europe and China a plus
