The Engagement Marketing Professional 2 leverages internal and external research and data to recommend and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Defines targeting, channel, content, and creative strategy to optimize business outcomes maximize marketing return on investment. Owns the end-to-end execution process, including closing the loop with the line of business on marketing campaign performance. Looks horizontally across products to ensure coordination between marketing campaigns in order to optimize the member experience and enhance campaign performance. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Strong project management, task, and detail orientation a must.
Partner with product owner and product marketing team to align member marketing tactics to overall strategic marketing plan
Coordinate across marketing operating model to bring in subject matter expertise from different functional areas to maximize campaigns
Manage relationship with internal and external agencies to develop campaign creative that aligns to the brand strategy
Partner with data and analytics teams to pull campaign performance metrics
Translate campaign performance data into language that is consumable and actionable for business partners, including recommendations for how to optimize campaigns going forward
Establish and maintain campaign dashboard for full member marketing portfolio
Own execution process and partnership with marketing operations team. Manage the project through the workflow management tool, IMO
Develop and maintain editorial calendar for full member marketing portfolio
Less than 5 years of marketing/product management experience
Prior experience managing vendors/external advertising and media agencies.
Progressive marketing and/or advertising agency experience.
Business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing experience.
Candidates should appreciate need for consistency with the brand and value propositions.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience managing campaigns end-to-end from strategy, to execution and reporting
Strong task and detail orientation
Process improvement mentality
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field.
Prior Marketing experience with Fortune 500 Company.
Prior product marketing experience a plus
Healthcare, financial services, or insurance experience a plus
