Job Description:

Large Media and Entertainment brand in San Francisco is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This is a part time, 6-month role with the possibility of extending. Candidates must be local to San Francisco, but will work remotely for the time being. 

Job Description: 

  • We are seeking candidates with coordinator, admin, or program management support experience
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition a plus
  • Must have very strong admin skills, very detail-oriented, and motivated to provide exceptional support
  • Assist with administrative projects related to recruiting including job description tracking and organizing, social media tracking, and building org charts for recruiting projects
  • Must be proficient with Google GSuite including Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
  • Marketing Analyst OR Recruiting/HR experience a plus
  • Experience with Jobvite a plus
