This is an opportunity to be at the core of Paid Social Activities, which are central to the company’s growth ambitions.

The Paid Social Media Specialist will have responsibility for Paid Social Campaign management and optimization, designing marketing tests and influencing the overall Paid Social strategy. The position will have a specific goal, and will be expected to find pockets of untapped potential in incremental, iterative, and innovative ways. This individual will direct a number of concurrent tests, manage multiple campaigns of varying complexity, and work across multiple regions and stakeholders, both internal and external.

Ideate, plan and execute comprehensive paid social campaigns and tests through cooperation with external agencies/technologies, internal marketing channel operators, and other partners.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and launch analytically-sound A/B and multivariate tests, measure impact, capture customer learnings, refine successive tests, and scale successes.
Challenge the status quo and drive innovation, inclusive of new creative formats, technologies, tracking, and media formats.
Own and drive a sizable progress on key KPIs including active buyers, lifetime value, and revenue via intelligent and iterative experimentation to continuously elevate performance marketing.
Deeply analyze and understand current performance marketing practices of related marketing channels and key competitors in order to identify potential opportunities.
Continuously generate ideas to improve digital marketing performance including campaign strategy, audience management, creative optimization and bidding.
Ensure alignment of tests, campaigns, and paid social activity across accounts and regions.

The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated strong professional performance. The position requires someone who is innovative, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the ideal candidate works well with outside partners and has Internet industry experience.
4+ years of professional experience in consumer marketing; ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years in paid social media.
Knowledge of the online advertising industry, social media platforms, ad network capabilities, industry trends, and technologies.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and through influence and collaboration achieve ambitious goals while strengthening relationships.
Proven career wins in developing solutions on social media marketing platforms.
Extensive hands-on experience of Social Media Platforms, in particular Facebook Ads-Manager, experience of Smartly.IO and additional Social Media platforms, including Pinterest and Snapchat is a plus.
Experienced in managing external agencies/technologies and partners and working with internal, cross functional teams in a complex and large organization.
Positive, can-do attitude; must be experienced at effective communication and fostering teamwork.
Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to try different things with minimal direction.
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) required.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English required.
