Aquent's large banking Client seeks a Creative Marketing Manager to join its newly created Cards Partnership Marketing team for a 12 month engagement.

 

About the Initiative

This team is dedicated to partnership innovation with leading tech players that drive value for customers in the digital/mobile lifestyle shift. Key focus areas include go-to-market strategies, open market acquisition, acquisition marketing to base customers, and engaging and deepening the new customer relationships. This role will specifically focus development of all new Direct Mail, Email, and onsite banner creative for acquisition of new accounts, as well as product and service deepening to support the launch of a new in-app banking product that will launch in 2021. 

 

Opportunity: This is a 12+ month opportunity (W2, full time hours) with access to Aquent's talent benefits. This role can sit remotely, but must be able to work EST schedule. 

 

Responsibilities

• This individual will collaborate with Bank and Cards partners and be the main point of contact with internal and external agencies to develop and own new creative approaches 

• Execute consumer direct marketing campaigns that meet business acquisition goals and the Partnership team’s KPIs

• Direct and implement dynamic creative that brings the our Client's and partner brands to life

• Interact with multiple cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement marketing programs

• Work with campaign managers to align creative briefs with business objectives

• Work with execution teams to bring creative to market

• Manage the review and approval process of marketing communications

• Provide status updates, issues for discussion, guidance as necessary to ensure accurate and timely program execution

• Manage and adapt to multiple technologies to implement marketing campaigns,

• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and quality

• Ensure quality execution of all campaigns with full understanding of and adherence to Corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements and departmental procedures

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing including campaign management across direct marketing, digital and mobile channels

• Experience providing best-in-class creative direction

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced, dynamic environment

• Creative thinker with proven ability to ideate and problem solve

• Proven creative and copy development skills

• Experience in retail bank marketing is a PLUS

• Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive results from team

• Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization
