CRM Marketing Manager - Campaign Delivery & Optimization

This role will work in the Seller Marketing Operations Team, leading the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns to help our professional sellers to scale their business In this role, you will become an advocate for highly personalized, timely and relevant communications.
Responsible for translating business propositions into inspiring and engaging cross-channel marketing journeys
Handle campaign execution and global localization across all operational teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and of the highest quality
Create persuasive copies for all owned channels that translate products marketing strategies logic into words
Technical setup of marketing journeys in Marketing Cloud.
Liaising with business units to ensure campaign accuracy.
Identify all analytics, data and tech needs and brief the teams accordingly
Management of internal partner relationships to meet briefing deadlines.
Drive campaign personalization and complex targeting to maximize relevancy and performance across different customer segments.
Write detailed creative briefs and run agency relationship
Analysis of campaign performance to provide actionable insights for ongoing campaign optimization.
Presentation of campaign and their results to senior partners to engage, influence and inspire.
Self-starter with plenty of initiative and drive

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud
Experience in delivering large scale multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience in writing marketing copy (preferred)
Experience working with data - you are comfortable working with raw data and translating business ideas into data needs
Skilled in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Proven track record of delivery under pressure and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced business environment
Background in online retail desirable, but not critical
