HIRING A MARKETING DESIGNER -- A Fantastic Opportunity to Work a New & Unique Wellness Product

Our client, a growing and dynamic company located in NYC, is looking for a hardworking Marketing Designer.  Huge growth opporunity that reports directly to President of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and posting social media content that is designed to engage users to build a relationship with the brand. Strong focus on building a community of brand advocates.
• Build and manage online communities and create monthly editorial calendars for multiple social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok)
• Create content calendar, schedule/post content on a daily basis
• Community management – respond to consumers to build community & engagement on social platforms and respond on our website to ratings and reviews
• Copywriting – experience writing conversational community engagement copy, not just “push” ad copy
• Social listening – monitor health & wellness landscape to understand trends and identify conversations in which we should participate as well as conversations about our brand
• Analyze social media data to develop more effective campaigns and compile metrics reports. Generate consumer insights, report on metrics and brainstorm tactics for continued improvement and growth
• Experience across all the social platforms: Facebook Business manager and Facebook ad manager especially

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in social media strategy & execution across all platforms, with a focus on Instagram
• Expertise in content creation, posting very frequently, constantly generating new ideas
• Background in journalism, editorial - beyond creating branded content
• Experience building an online community with an engaged, passionate audience
• Experience within a small startup environment and working at an e-commerce company
• Experience delivering on business goals and driving website traffic through social engagement
• Portfolio of building audiences and brands through social media
