Job Description:

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE COMMUTABLE TO THE SF MARKET.  While this role is a remote role, there will be meetings onsite once it is safe to do so.  **OUT OF AREA CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND NEED NOT APPLY AT THIS TIME**

40 hours per week

Duration: 1 year contract to start, with the potential to extend out longer.

Bachelor's Degree required

● 5+ years experience working in digital/software marketing, digital production, marketing technology, or marketing operations related functions
● 2+ years of significant focus on paid media and social media

 

The Paid/Social Delivery Manager reports to the Team Lead and is accountable for delivering high-quality, timely, and efficient digital customer experiences through paid media and social placements within the Digital Customer Experience team. This team is a functional group comprised of experienced digital experts who partner across Commercial, Medical and Government Affairs to orchestrate and deliver integrated digital customer experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
● Drives customer-centric media service delivery, optimization for impact and efficiency

● Designs and delivers quality production by adhering to Digital Customer Experience processes and standards

● Creates project plans and ensures key milestones, dependencies and timelines are proactively communicated across stakeholders and partners

● Leverages internal analytics and external data to support insights and business-focused recommendations

● Delivers operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements and informing standards that enable great customer experience

● Seeks opportunities to optimize, test pilots, or advance new capabilities and share learnings across the digital customer experience team and the broader enterprise

Skills:
● Domain expertise in multichannel digital marketing and deep familiarity with paid media and social media marketing technology, processes, and tools

● Ability to apply data and analysis to drive decision making

● Strong planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet goals within the constraints of time and budget

● Bias for action, strong sense of immediacy, and drive to achieve objectives

● Adept at vendor/agency management to maintain healthy partnerships and deliver operational excellence

● Learning mindset and ability to identify/apply learning to other situations

Education:

● Bachelor's degree

● 5+ years experience working in digital/software marketing, digital production, marketing technology, or marketing operations related functions

● Agency experience is a significant plus

● 2+ years of significant focus on paid media and social media

● Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry
