Job Description:

Our healthcare client is looking for a Communications Consultant to assist with transforming their operational communications (digital and print). We're looking for someone with a strategic, end-to-end thinking brain who can put themselves into the shoes of the customer. The right candidate will have experience writing customer-centric operational communications (billing, claims, enrollment, customer service, etc) with portfolio samples to support the work. Experience working within a regulatory industry is a must, and healthcare would be preferred. This role will include reworking current material as well as writing new content. 

  • Consider content from a holistic standpoint—systems, platforms, and channels—to create a unified customer experience
  • Transform complex concepts into simple, understandable, and conversational copy
  • Create and persuasively communicate content plans to key stakeholders
  • Positive and proactive approach to addressing a project’s unique needs and challenges
  • Ability to identify critical content issues that will help drive projects forward
