Creative Director - Global Beauty - Part Time 12/hrs week

This position will be 12 hours per week, could evolve into more hours

This is for a luxury beauty company in NYC.

The Part-time Director of Creative Design is accountable for driving concepting through execution for regional
specific campaigns and/or adaptation of global campaigns across multiple platforms to support overall strategy
and positioning.

 Develop in partnership with agencies thoughtful, innovative 360 concepts across print and digital in line with
campaign needs.
 Responsible for regional creative concepts, art direction, shoot brief, on set art direction, and execution of all
 Develop, design and execute packaging concepts for specific assortments and retailers, including production
design work.
 Participate in Creative briefings, and partner closely with Marketing to understand 360 campaign needs
 Ensure the level of excellence in all creative work designed and executed. This includes concept, design,
photographic art direction, supervision of retouching, supervision of production, and supervision of all
execution for campaign to ensure consistency and cohesiveness.
 Present to, and collaborate directly with, Global Creative Director and Marketing.
 Partner with agencies and supervise all outside services.
 Partner with Global Shoot Production team to make sure relevant assets are captured during shoots.
 Maintain brand strategy, identity, and consistency.
 Provides guidance and direction on regional adaptions while understanding need for local nuance with
 Position requires 8+ years professional experience in a creative environment.
 Drive for innovation and disruption with cosmetic and luxury mindset (a plus)
 Passion for emerging technologies and Global Retail mindset in addition to current fashion, beauty and
lifestyle trends
 Strong presentation skills, ability to clearly communicate concepts to all stakeholders.
 Ability to set priorities.
 Ability to collaborate and drive programs with cross-functional Global partners including Marketing,
Packaging, and Store Design departments
 Must have substantial knowledge of print and digital production including retouching, pre-press, proofing and
be proficient in InDesgin, PhotoShop, and Illustrator.
 Capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
 Self-starter and be able to work with minimum supervision
