Job Description:


  • Provide administrative support to the Retail Marketing leads, such as coordination of meetings, assets, project tracking, meeting notes, project recaps, etc.  
  • Oversee the creative development and approval process for in-store fixtures, POP, and other related marketing assets at retail
  • Provide feedback to licensees and retailers on submitted marketing materials (digital/social, trade, paid media and in-store signage) 
  • Ensure appropriate clearances are received from necessary internal parties (e.g. Legal, Content Services, etc.) 
  • Partner with key Consumer Products Marketing stakeholders (Retail Business Development, Creative Assets & Brand Identity, Licensing, Operations) and other cross-divisional partners to align on execution of strategies and program goals 
  • Manage freelancers and outside agencies in the development of marketing/retail creative 
  • Onboard new vendors into company systems and partner with Accounts Payable for invoice submission and processing 
  • Maintain and update various status reports and internal trackers 


  • 3+ years of marketing experience within consumer products or retail related industries 
  • Understanding of retail environments, signage and POP displays across mass and specialty channels 
  • Understanding of social and digital marketing 
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once in fast moving environment 
  • Time and project management skills essential 
  • Knowledge of retail and industry trends 
  • Entertainment experience preferred but not required 
  • Experience with Google Suite required 
  • Experience with Adobe Creative suite preferred 
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple timelines
