    1. Working with companies such as Google, Netflix, Spotify, and Microsoft to enhance value of this company's mobile devices and drive mutual business goals
  2. Promotions:
    1. Delivering incremental value to consumers when they purchase the company's mobile products
  3. Influencer Partnerships:
    1. Working with talent and agencies who love this company's mobile products and help us reach new audiences

Position Summary:
This role will report directly to the Head of Mobile Marketing Partnerships as part of the Mobile Marketing organization. You will have visibility and influence over every product and campaign launched by the company in the USA with executive visibility along every step of the way. You’ll need a strategic mindset but will also need a focus on execution with a sense of urgency. By their nature, Partnerships are only successful with win-win outcomes, so you’ll have a high degree of EQ to be able to anticipate, understand and react to individuals across the Company and Partner organization.

Position Responsibilities:
1. Working with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of assets and deliverables, as well as tracking overall timelines and progress
2. Tracking key KPIs and goals across internal and external stakeholders
3. Providing clear, concise, and accurate reporting to the organization in various formats
4. Analyzing performance of partnerships and campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements and insights to help move the business forward
5. Working directly with external partners to deliver campaigns, programs and projects that contribute towards joint success of both parties
6. Working with partners to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors
7. Supporting partner events and manage partner marketing communications, approvals, and creative asset transfers
8. Identify process, procedures, and repeatable frameworks that help us be more efficient and provide more value to partners and the business
9. Identify synergies between Partnerships and our Carrier/Retail account teams and their specific needs to ensure that Carriers/Retailers achieve their goals, and we amplify Partnerships using their scale and resources
10. Work closely with Finance to ensure all plans are within budget, and all approvals handled within compliance
11. Ensure that the x-functional team across the organization is fully aware of which Partnerships are live, and in progress. Develop best practice around information sharing and evangelizing
12. Negotiate & execute commercial terms & contracts to secure partnerships – working with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement

You’ll be expected to deliver significant value for both Partners and the Company and will be accountable for driving and success for both companies with ambitious growth targets and KPIs.
You’ll have significant visibility to executives from across the organization – not just in mobile but across Mobile Computing, Digital Appliances and Content & Services. Although this role is mobile-specific, these groups will expect you to be a source of best practice and expertise for marketing programs, and may call on your advice and input to help realize the potential of their businesses. In addition to external Partnerships, you’ll be working heavily with the company's internal teams in Korea to align on global-local strategies and implementations. You’ll work heavily with our Carrier and Retail stakeholders to ensure maximum value and amplification. Your success is dependent on our Partners’ success. This is a fast-paced environment with a great mix of strategic planning, rapid execution and a bit of hustle!

• BA/BS degree in marketing, communications or business management
• 8 years+ in Partnership Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management or Channel Sales Management
• An iterative thinker who can challenges the status quo
• Consummate collaborator committed to communication excellence
• Business development/Partnerships/Account Management experience negotiating complex deals with large, international companies
• Experience working with technology platforms and internet brands
• Existing connections and relationships with the world’s leading media & internet brands
• Ability to think strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
• Ability to think quickly and make decisions, sometimes without all the necessary information
• Comfortable presenting at CxO level
• Strong project/program management experience
