Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Search to be located in our Stamford, CT headquarters. This leader
will own all organic search and paid search (traditional and eCommerce) media for from strategic planning and investing, to agency management, to performance reporting. Reporting
to NWNA’s Marketing Director, Strategic Growth Channels, this critical role on the marketing team will own
all SEM and SEO for: Brand Marketing, eCommerce and support Corporate Affairs. This position collaborates
with diverse stakeholders from the CMO and brand builders, to agency partners, to tech partners, to 
search centers of excellence worldwide.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
 Develop holistic search strategies (paid and organic) and oversee implementation of campaigns for
 brands, eCommerce and Corporate Affairs
 Manage the day to day collaboration media AORs to continuously ensure that priorities are balanced
and achieved in the short and long term
 Lead search media performance analysis and reporting with internal stakeholders, agencies and
partners
 Manage large media budgets with timely forecasting, reconciliations, and support audits and
liquidity reporting
 Uncover deep understanding of consumer audiences, define what consumers are searching for and
present actionable recommendations based upon those consumer intent insights
 Present brand, competitive and channel trends to inform web content creation and SEO strategies
 Actively encourage experimentation, learning and appropriate risk-taking to raise the campaign
performance bar, with an emphasis in Voice search and Visual search
 Contribute expert SEO recommendations to technical requirements such as site audits, redesigns or
relaunches to ensure best-in-class SEO design and coding
 Elevate visibility of eCommerce insights such as customer ratings, reviews, paths to purchase to
improve search performance
 Incorporate search planning workflows into the organization’s broader annual media and
commercial planning processes
 Partner with procurement and key stakeholders to align on SOWs and incentive plans with SEO and
SEM agencies
 Collaborate with global media centers of excellence and strategic partners on developing and
implementing joint business plans and learning agendas; optimize and report on search BPI
 Apply advertising and marketing policies to search media investments
Key qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:
 Consistently share recognition and give visibility to others for their successes; model the “win as a
team” mindset
 Minimum 5 years of leading direct-to-consumer marketing via performance media
 Working knowledge of traditional and ecommerce search platforms and partners such as Google
AdWords, SA360, Yahoo Gemini, Bing Ads, YouTube, Amazon Advertising (AMS/Amazon Marketing
Services), Criteo, Instacart, Walmart Media Group
 Solid experience analyzing data to understand consumer insights, help develop target audiences,
keyword lists or SEO content, provide clear direction to agencies to optimize campaigns and evaluate
media or content performance
 Self-directed, goal-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
 Agility to utilize the most appropriate style, level of detail, and type of communication to fit diverse
stakeholder needs

 Articulates highly credible, well developed points of view and coaches other media subject matter
experts to gain the same capability
 Outstanding quantitative skills and meticulous attention to detail
 Solid foundation in digital based upon media agency or client-side media management experience

 Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred
