Job Description:

As a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager on this team, you will be responsible for evaluating search performance and driving SEO improvements. In this high impact role, you will be part of a team that accelerates eCommerce growth by acquiring and converting customers from organic search. We’re looking for a creative problem solver who loves using data to influence the direction of digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Lead organic eCommerce search strategies and drive SEO improvement, focusing primarily on the organization’s eCommerce quarterly and annual growth targets
• Serve as the primary SEO point of contact for key eCommerce, digital, and industry marketing partners
• Develop trusted relationships with digital and country marketing managers, industry marketing, digital media, and eCommerce teams
• Establish metrics and reports to measure the success of team optimizations
• Measure the effectiveness of strategies and tactics with web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, and with keyword reporting tools, such as Google Search Console or Searchmetrics
• Communicate and present organic search reports to digital and eCommerce teams, using data to influence decision making
• Create strategy and execute to drive traffic and business results through keyword research, competitive analysis, content creation, technical SEO, and more
• Stay up-to-speed on SEO trends and best practices, sharing them with the wider team to help maintain competitive edge

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in enterprise-level SEO
• Understanding of SEO best practices such as keyword research, content creation, site audits, and on-page optimization techniques
• Experience with eCommerce SEO, especially working with websites in multiple locales and languages
• A strong communicator, with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively and concisely to a variety of audiences
• Comfortable presenting data and crafting compelling stories to influence decisions
• Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams and drive results

Preferred Qualifications:
• Collaborative in your approach to problem solving
• Experience with eCommerce subscription-based models is a plus
• Very strong data analysis skills
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Eager to take on new challenges and see tasks through to completion
