You enjoy collaborating remotely with a close-knit and diverse team, and appreciate integrity in your colleagues and the company.

We need an experienced and engaging technical writer who can help us to consistently focus on people when communicating about technical changes to our 36,000 colleagues around the world, whether the product is for an enterprise system upgrade announcement, scripted video, or online how-to guide. You will work closely with technology leaders to determine how best to introduce new or changing technology tools and resources with employees; develop and disseminate appropriate communications; and develop project communication content. You will also develop content for other channels, including the company's web platform, video, email, blog, SharePoint as we like to “meet people where they’re at.” You’ll interact with executives and their support teams and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities:
+ Create/manage macro communication plans for technical change projects
+ Provide expert editing to make technical communications human-centered and simple to understand
+ Develop content for intranet, Slack, email, slideware to communicate changes
+ Consult with content owners on audience analysis and recommend effective message delivery methods

Preferred Skills and Experience:
+ Customer service mindset
+ Clear communicator (verbal, in writing, and in person)
+ Working in, or in support of a technical support team
+ Talent for translating technical information for mere mortals
+ Advanced English, Communications, Technology, Design, or Marketing degree or comparable experience writing to make complex technical communication simple and easy-to-understand
+ Virtual / remote working using Office365 and Zoom
+ Drupal
