The Nonprofit Cloud Product Marketing team is looking for a marketer who is dynamic, creative, and has great interpersonal skills to help enhance the impact of nonprofit organizations worldwide while also differentiating and growing our business. This individual will partner with our internal teams and customers to develop compelling and differentiated customer success content for our website, sales materials and demand content, as well as help architect a content strategy to support the wider PMM team.

Position Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Marketing team a primary lead in the sourcing and development of customer success stories designed specifically for the Nonprofit market
- Partner with our customers to source and develop new customer success stories
- Be the primary internal SME for our library of customer success content
- Help develop and manage an internal process for requesting and approving customer marketing support
- Help architect a Nonprofit Cloud content marketing strategy for FY22, inclusive the 3 solution lines supported by the Product Marketing team
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to drive the development and promotion of content

Basic Requirements:
- 3-8 years experience in product, content or customer marketing for a high tech company (enterprise software experience preferred), agency or fast-paced B2B/B2C environment.
- Background partnering or working with nonprofits is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability in developing customer-centric content and content strategies
- Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals
- Experience working with direct distribution (sales) teams and customers
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
- Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including social content
- Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution
- Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to work well cross-functionally
- Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
- A sense of humor, tenacity, and grace under pressure

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience in the nonprofit world
- Marketing and Advertising industry knowledge a plus, and strong familiarity with marketing, fundraising, and program management technologies and buyers/personas
- Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work confidently in a remote environment with remote teams
