This group at our client leads all advertising and marketing efforts to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
The role of a Keynote Producer Associate is to manage the production of corporate announcements in partnership with teams across Marketing Communications. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the production of linchpin communications—the product launch presentation.
You have 6-8 years of relevant work experience, perhaps in Account Service or Project Management at a Creative or Advertising Agency.
You have experience producing video, film, and/or motion graphics VFX deliverables.
You are highly organized, capable of wrangling even the most complex problem into an ideal solution.
You have a track record of successfully working with a wide range of people across different disciplines.
You are a proactive problem-solver and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You pay attention to even the smallest detail and refuse to settle for anything less than perfection.
You react quickly to new information and direction and seamlessly adapt to change.
You also have strong verbal and written skills.
Coordinate the design & development of a launch moment from conception to completion.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for internal Marketing Communications teams, managing and ensuring all assets and deliverables within the launch presentation are on track.
Support Lead Producer by disseminating feedback received from Product Marketing and Executives.
Accountable for scheduling all internal Marketing Communications meetings, taking/sharing notes, and following up with teams in order to move the work forward.
Facilitate creative reviews with Creative Directors by creating an agenda and ensuring all teams are prepared for the review.
Work closely with Designers to design and develop the presentation in the Keynote application.
Partner with producers from other functions (i.e. Animators, Photos, Screens, Film) to ensure all deliverables are on track.
Partner with Business Affairs to manage all content clearances.
Strong leadership skills.
Keen interest in pushing forward.
Bachelors degree preferred.
