Marketing Coordinator - Product Marketing
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented and driven individual to join our marketing team as a contractor.
Primary responsibilities will include supporting initiatives across the product marketing team responsible for managed solutions, capital markets and retirement offerings, including the project management of collateral updates and web resources. It may also involve developing new collateral materials for clients, prospects and financial advisors, internal communications support, and responding to ad hoc marketing requests to support the sales team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support crucial projects related to key business objectives as well as shape the content, user experience, and design of our marketing materials. This candidate will be expected to build and maintain relationship with business partners and be the main point of contact for tactical marketing support, as well as interact with agency partners.
The role requires an understanding of and an interest in financial markets and investments, with a passion for marketing, creativity and design.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of previous work experience with a strong skill set in Microsoft Office, as well as keen eye for detail, stellar interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
