Job Description:

Responsibilities:
● Develop a deep understanding of the needs and motivations of health partners (global organizations and thought leaders)
● Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies and connective messaging for marketing. Work consists of three main areas:
○ Narrative development and messaging strategies to ensure a cohesive global presence with regional relevancy
○ Marketing for key programs that help engage and build relationships with health partners
○ Asset and virtual event marketing that enables the team to do their work
○ Strategy for marketing to target audiences and current partners who are not currently leveraging health products and programs today but may benefit from participating in the future
● Drive full execution of all marketing plans including partner product GTM strategies, partner public health campaigns, events, video production, case study development, measurement, copy and design production, etc.
● Work side by side with the team to understand their needs as a stakeholder and strategic thought partner
● Effectively align various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to marketing strategies and plans
● Work closely with colleagues on the product marketing teams as well as other cross-functional teams to align proactive narratives, branding and marketing programs around the broader mission and brand
● Tackle complex and ambiguous problems with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
● Create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems

Minimum Qualifications:
● BA/BS degree
● 10+ years work experience in marketing and communicating to partners at scale and consumers
● Experience problem solving and tackling problems with a creative mindset
● Experience developing a range of content marketing for health or non-profit partners (organizations and their audiences)
● Project management and cross-functional experience Strong understanding of marketing and business metrics and analytics
● Excellent writing and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with health and/or NGO products or audiences
● Technology, B2B and/or start-up experience
● Experience adapting and thriving within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
