Job Description:

Our client's Marketing Communications team leads all advertising and marketing efforts to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.

The Keynote team is responsible for product launch Keynotes in partnership with teams across the company. 

The Producer for Keynote animation is primarily responsible for being the teams point of contact to handle the timelines and own all schedules for Interactive hardware CG animation creation. You will work with a variety of disciplines for e.g.: animators, prototypes creatives, creative directors and front-end developers. You are familiar with a 3D animation workflow as it relates to our web and mobile platforms, able to flex with a constantly evolving process and changing nature of 3D animation. They should also be able to work cross-functionally and be tenacious about getting to deadline with the minimum of fuss.

Key Qualifications
-Define, run and be responsible for scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule)
-Have familiarity with web and app development processes
-Thrive in situations involving vague goals and processes
-Your analytical skills will help you be responsible and flexible to evolving nature of projects and digital mediums
-Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project
-Manage interdisciplinary teams of visual designers, interaction designers, 3D artists, post-production artists, engineers, QA engineers
-Able to scope and analyze design and technical requirements
-Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes and tooling to enable the team to deliver high quality products
-Firm understanding of interactive methodologies and a high level of proficiency working with creative, engineering, and technical teams.
-You’ll be part of a team that participates in planning efforts and coordinating project schedules on a quarterly basis.
-Additionally, you will help to identify and evangelize new talent by assist with the recruiting effort across Retail, Channel, Film/Video and Interactive teams.

You have strong communication, writing, presentation, social and creative skills. You often work with external groups or departments and because of that it is important that you collaborate well with different roles and levels in their organizations.
You should be analytical and help to solve complex issues using artistic concepts and solutions.
You are a self-starter and ready to deal with the sometimes ambiguous nature of project management.
Our client typically works within small teams under tight deadlines, so strong communication skills are required as is coolness under deadlines, resourcefulness & creativity in solving problems.
You will also need to be dependable, have attention to detail, and the ability to learn and cope with rapid change. Not least, you must be dedicated to the client’s high levels of quality.


Ideally you have a college degree and at least 7-10 years’ work experience in the creative and design field or the equivalent.
