Aquent's retail sportswear client is looking for a Creative Resource Manager on the SEO team.
Working in close coordination with the SEO team through alternating seasons to support the overall production and capture of creative content to satisfy editorial needs, facilitating inputs from various teams and stakeholders.
Project manager like capacity with creative understanding needed. Responsible for working with Brand Design to effectively convey the needs of the SEO team and satisfy the requirements of Brand Design in the photoshoot planning process.
Support the SEO team in delivering and executing the seasonal editorial content strategy.
Coordinate with eCom, Digital Activation, and Brand Design teams to secure all necessary team requirements for pre-shoot photoshoot planning.
Maintenance and communicate timeline expectations to key business partners.
Drive efficiencies in workback schedules for content creation.
Oversee day to day operations and communication with cross-functional partners.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed
Previous experience in Project Management / Digital Planning / Digital Media / eCommerce
Autonomous work mentality / Self-starter
Highly collaborative with strong verbal and communication skills
Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
Strong task management skills with an exceptional understanding of process analysis/workflow
Digital and eCommerce acumen
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to meet critical deadlines with strong organizational skills and proactive management.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and prioritize project/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Project Management / Digital Activation / Photoshoot/ Management / eCommerce
• Producer and or Art Director mentality with an understanding of how to work with creative teams
• University degree in business or marketing required, ideally with planning or digital focus
