Job Description:

Our client seeks a creative, data-oriented, process-building Business Analyst to enable
the successful execution of partner campaigns. These partnership campaigns cover
a variety of digital products & services. The ideal candidate will have data analytics experience,

comfort with ambiguity, and a desire to establish scalable processes. Responsibilities to 

include supporting a global team of account managers and technical integration managers

to successfully execute on high visibility partnerships, building reporting to track the success

of campaigns, and supporting live partners with issue resolution.

Key Qualifications
• Experience establishing a scalable process
• Excellent attention to detail
• Data analytics skills (Tableau a plus)
• Strong passion for delivering the client's world class customer experience
• Track record of working in cross-functional teams and fast paced environments
• Ability to brainstorm and communicate ideas and issues with peers and
• Resourcefulness, ability to navigate ambiguity and working independently
• Comfort in learning and navigating internal applications
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and organization skills

• Deliver on partner on-boarding with regards to promotional programs including
gathering partner information, creating landing pages
• Manage day to day program tasks such as reviewing inventory, keeping track of
marketing tokens, requesting additional marketing materials, and attending cross-
functional meetings
• Maintain calendar of deliverables and ensure on time delivery to internal and
external partners with a high quality of work
• Support the team on all aspects of partner performance analysis & reporting across
multiple channels including daily and weekly reports, monthly management
reviews, ad hoc analysis and ongoing PO ordering
• Produce data driven insights and leverage these to help refine existing programs
and define new opportunities
• Support the team in program process execution and improvement where

BA/BS preferred
Minimum 2 years experience working in a Business Analyst role
