Job Description:

Duties:

  • Assist in creating instructional content and project manage the work of multiple Instructional Designers (storyboards, graphics, presentations, videos, online courses, etc.) throughout the content development process. 
  • Standardize and polish branding across all collateral
  • Meticulously track and update all project status, including milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and provide regular updates 
  • Centralize and organize our content library for easy access and navigation
  • Create and drive a review cadence that ensures our curriculum is up to date

Skills:

  • Efficiently work in Microsoft Word, PPT, PDF, and online Google Suites to create content
  • Ensure instructional design standards and best practices are followed in every project
  • Experience developing technical training content for focused on privacy, compliance, or legal
  • Experience building learning and development program and managing managing the development and maintenance of a large content library
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while delivering high-quality work on time
  • Experience project managing instructional design work
  • Partner closely with Program Managers, Instructional Designers, and Learning Admins, as well as multiple cross-functional partners across the company including legal, policy, integrity, communications, and security. 
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver and team player who believes nothing is ever perfect

Education:

  • 5+ years experience in program or project management role
  • 3+ years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining online and in-person learning experiences
  • Experience using standard publishing tools (Office 365, G Suite, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time
  • Experience creating influential relationships with technical and non-technical people
  • Familiarity with the front and back-end of learning management systems (ex. Cornerstone)
  • Communication skills
  • Experience working in a tech organization
  • Experience using various tools to develop learning content
