Aquent is looking for a Marketing Manager for our Fortune 500 Financial client in Richmond, VA. This is a full time, 5 month assignment with full benefits. Seeking an innovative and data-driven Marketing Associate to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including, brand strategy, communications, customer incentives driven by the customer journey. This high-profile marketing role is responsible for the development and delivery of customer-focused solutions to business problems, including marketing strategies and industry-leading customer experiences, to drive results for our business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take your marketing, strategy, data and technical skills to the next level.
--Curiosity and creative thinking to uncover and apply consumer insights to market our digital features to our customers
--Champion consumer insights to deliver compelling and differentiated strategies and tactics that deliver against segment objectives
--Analyze business results, marketplace trends and data-driven consumer insights to inform new product / feature positioning, marketing/channel strategy
--Participate as the brand lead in collaborative cross-functional teams (business partners, creative teams, legal, compliance, etc)
--Manage marketing campaigns from concept to launch, inclusive of strategy development assistance, test design, campaign platform, integrated channel strategy and performance metrics.
-- Experience with email campaigns, testing and learning on performance
--Passion and talent to generate and build the case for transformative marketing ideas.
--Driven to influence the work to be customer-first
--Flexibility and attention to detail, must be able to manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while maintaining excellent work
--Highly effective communication skills with outstanding writing and presentation abilities to influence cross-functional teams within a large organization
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 3 years of experience leading marketing strategy and creative teams
- At least 3 years of experience leading brand strategy or at least 3 years of experience leading product management team
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing programs, including planning, execution and analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- 5 years experience in financial services marketing
