Job Description:

Our amazing client is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team for a 3-6 month assignment.  Work is completely remote for the duration of the assignment.  The UX Researcher will be part of an in-house Experience Design Agency supporting internal clients across key segments and platforms. The UX Researcher works closely with the Research Capability Lead to conduct and analyze research for initiatives across business clients. In this role, you’ll advocate for design thinking and core principles across the organization and provide insights, analytics and user testing needed to establish the vision, validate the direction and turn strategy into action.

-Shepherd research studies through their lifecycle, including:  Identifying a research need, design and planning, collecting research, analysis of data, communication of research results and recommendations, reflection and adaption
-Partner with UX Leadership and internal partners to identify research needs and opportunities
-Collaborate with outside partners (i.e. agencies, outside departments, marketing, compliance, etc.) to identify issues, collect assets, etc.
-Identify future or emerging UX needs and requirements
-Advocate and evangelize for the value of "early and often" research
-Build and revise studies in collaboration with designers


Minimum Qualifications

-2+ years of experience in visual or human-centered design
-Demonstrated ability to deliver results
-Strong Portfolio with a breadth of experience across a range of industries
-Possess a broad vision for the end-to-end experience, both current and future
-Obsessive focus on detailed micro-interactions
-Ability to work with leads to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs
-Experience with both agency and client-side preferred
-Excellent communicator and storyteller
-Passionate about design, committed to excellence, and insatiably curious; a leader of teams that are equally passionate, committed and curious
