Aquent's Client is seeking a high-performing, customer-centric individual to join the Americas marketing team as a Field Marketing Manager supporting West Area accounts. This position reports into the Director of West Field Marketing and will support the extended West Field Marketing Team.
The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with the extended team to support and execute marketing activities that generate and accelerate pipeline. This candidate will be responsible for cross region sales communications, budget, team operations, virtual event management, 3rd party vendor management, full program series management (pre and post event management), ROI tracking and more.

Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
• Manage regional program series in its entirety
• Provide virtual event support (zoom experience is a must)
• Support the team in delivery sales communications & regular performance updates
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Support and drive ABM initiatives
• Manage team budgets, P.O. creation and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Share best practices with field marketing colleagues to understand what works in region and ways to improve existing campaigns & programs

Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years marketing or sales experience in a comparable industry
• Virtual event and ABM experience is a must
• Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required
• Budget conscious mentality
• Creative problem solver and resourceful executer
• Must be a team player
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
