Job Description:

Large Social Media brand is seeking a Design Program Coordinator to join their team. This is a 5-month opportunity with the possibility to extend. This role will be remote, but local area candidates are highly preferred. 

The Design Program Coordinator will be in charge of coordinating and executing multiple UX programs on a design team of ~15 people, with large engineering and cross-functional counterparts.

Responsibilities include attending to meeting logistics, occasionally taking notes during meetings and sending clear and comprehensive feedback and recommendations based on meeting outcomes; coordination with multiple stakeholders on UX programs geared toward improving and maintaining design quality; identifying and tracking needs within existing UX programs and distributing action items to XFN stakeholders; clear communication and coordination with partner teams who use our internal design system and tools; coordination of team-based programming.
