As a member of the UX team, you’ll tackle complex problems and transform them into world-class experiences and strategies for the clients digital products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs and workflows that deliver value to our clients. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies, enterprise software, and working with complex experiences is essential.  Remote to start until client receives the all clear to return on-site

What you’ll do:
Create best in class end to end experiences
Set best practices and develops new patterns for UX more broadly
Lead team design reviews with business and internal design critiques
Contribute to processes and methods, experiments with and pushes forward new design directions and methodologies
Develop strategic thinking and problem-framing approaches that lead to new kinds of solutions, beyond execution
Storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships
Lead and facilitate large workshops with cross-functional teams
Develop an emerging understanding of broader organizational context and goals
Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes
Identify ways to leverage emerging technology platforms to create innovative design solutions.
Mentors contributor-level practitioners
Partner with the UX Research to move the client to the center of our business

What you bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Information Architecture, or equivalent work experience
7 to 9 years of experience designing UX solutions for software, responsive web applications, and/or mobile native apps
Ability to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the development process across different client platforms
A high-level performer with strong relationship building skills and the ability to lead projects
Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work with a variety of design tools such as Adobe XD, Axure, InVision, Sketch, Omnigraffle, and Balsamiq
Expert knowledge of User-centered Design (UCD), Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Usability Testing, creating journey maps, empathy maps, wireframes, and prototyping
Expert understanding and application of core concepts in user advocacy and user psychology
Contributed to multiple shipped products
Strong oral, written, visual communication, and relationship building skills

What makes you stand out:
A degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience design for banking or financial
