As an extended team member supporting the unique needs associated with one of our client’s vaccine brands, and the required processes aligned with the Accelerated Approval status of the brand, the Accelerated Approval Project Manager is tasked with the coordination and oversight of all related processes and procedures to ensure a compliant and timely submission of promotional materials to APLB.

This position is responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Work with agency and internal digital execution team to understand project timelines and promotional review/content collaboration approval to keep informed the binder team and others
  • Pass content across cohorts and through digital execution team and traditional processes to identify, develop, and inform on efficiencies related to references and marginal annotations working with other operation related roles
  • Address questions and provide annotating and referencing direction to Aquent reference stewards and the team developing marginal annotations
  • Work with brand marketing to understand overall brand priorities and high-level brand strategy to be able to inform impact of content changes and phasing of materials into binders
  • Act as a conduit to the agency/digital execution team specific to required annotation related changes as directed during the binder review process
  • Track materials through the PromoMats workflows to inform Aquent annotation checkers and binder team of upcoming needs
  • Track timing for binders that are sent and work with others on required updates or other requirements post the required waiting period
  • Partner with other Operation roles (i.e. binder coordinator) to facilitate weekly binder planning and status meetings

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of Accelerated Approval Regulatory Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working on multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
  • Influence without authority (ability to manage up)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Background in Science with experience in Pharma and / or Operations related field.
  • Ability to comprehend medical content to support promotional messaging
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and to adapt to changing needs of customers and business
  • Knowledge of the Promotion Review Team process or general Medical Legal Review processes
