Aquent's large financial services client seeks a Virtual Learning Producer for a 6+ month assignment (potential to extend beyond 6 months). This is a W2 hourly role, full time hours, with Aquent's benefits offered (comprehensive healthcare, dental plan, 401K), as well as paid sick time.
What you'll do:
The Virtual Learning Technologist will manage all technical components of virtual trainings utilizing Adobe Connect (primary) and other web conferencing software. This involves preparing for virtual training delivery with Field Learning and Development staff, maintaining visual and audio system performance, providing immediate technical support to learners and staff, and participating in continuous improvement efforts to improve the learner experience. The producer will integrate with project teams as necessary and become a key part of the delivery effort, while also supporting individual virtual training events.
Conduct pre-session needs analysis to understand the scope, expectations, and overall event execution needs while partnering with facilitators and offering production expertise. Edit recordings of virtual sessions, export outputs of sessions as required. Provide best practices for when to record, MMC requirements, and uploading of event content (determine best platform for hosting content).
The virtual producer role will support Aquent's client's National Training Program in executing their Sales School, Life, D&I and other product trainings for the field.
Must haves include:
- Expert in Adobe Connect, Ring Central, Zoom.
- Experience creating and streamline run of shows, while suggesting and incorporating breakout rooms, engaging activities, and improvements for the virtual sessions.
- Technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot network, connectivity, user, and application problems. 3-5 years of experience
