We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst/Consultant to help transform our client's Customer Experience department on a 12+ month basis.
- Gather and evaluate internal data in order to create a business case for the growth needed in the marketing department specifically in the CX space.
- Look at the big picture, gather data and conduct gap analysis of the current CX staff/work.
- Help create a CX plan in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and the SVP of Customer Service.
- Work with the data analytics team to extract the data needed and utilize it to create a compelling story to gain buy-in from higher level execs on where growth/change is needed across marketing/CX.
- High level understanding of marketing concepts and CX
- Strong storytelling skills and able to write compelling business cases
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to conduct gap analysis on the current CX program
- Able to influence people and drive change
- Ability to see and solve customer experience issues
