Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst/Consultant to help transform our client's Customer Experience department on a 12+ month basis. 


  • Gather and evaluate internal data in order to create a business case for the growth needed in the marketing department specifically in the CX space. 
  • Look at the big picture, gather data and conduct gap analysis of the current CX staff/work.
  • Help create a CX plan in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and the SVP of Customer Service.
  • Work with the data analytics team to extract the data needed and utilize it to create a compelling story to gain buy-in from higher level execs on where growth/change is needed across marketing/CX.

Required skills:
