We're building the next generation of devices and experiences that make people feel closer together, which we call Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality (AR/VR). The AR/ VR organization includes other products and hardware; AR and VR software and content; and research and development labs. We have a clear mandate to ship products at scale. In particular, seemingly impossible products that define new categories and advance the company mission of connecting the world.

We are seeking a Project Manager to help us build the future of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) commerce for AR/VR. In this role, you will work cross-functionally across strategy, creative, finance, legal and supply chain to manage the implementation of a complex DTC initiative. You will manage day-to-day project tasks and its numerous work streams and timelines with a holistic view of status, progress and dependencies across the board. You will evolve the project plan as new information is uncovered and decisions are made and will drive execution across work streams.
We are looking for a motivated, resourceful Project Manager who has demonstrated experience in PMO and project management of large, cross-functional projects and is excited about bringing radically innovative technology products to consumers. This person must have a burning bias for action and be eager to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

  • Manage and maintain the project plan for the on-time design, development and implementation of a large DTC initiative
  • Assist project teams in resource planning, prioritization, and sequencing to ensure planned deliverables and timelines are accurate and achievable
  • Lead project team in day-to-day project management activities and meetings, including status updates/reporting, project coordination, managing weekly meeting schedules, drafting meeting agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking and following up on action items
  • Interface with and enable communication between business owners, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to drive coordination and on-time task completion
  • Track task/project progress and milestones in Asana (Project Management Tool) and ensure successful, on-time execution of deliverables
  • Work with cross-functional partners to identify and document all project-related key decisions, open questions, risks, issues, and cross-stream dependencies
  • Escalate project risks and issues to appropriate leadership in a timely manner
  • Assist with preparing progress reports that communicate progress to senior leadership and the broader company
  • Organize and manage project files and folders
  • Refine and document project management processes and standards


  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of on-time, hig quality delivery of complex projects in a large organization
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Exemplary written and oral communication
  • Capacity to build and manage relationships with cross functional stakeholders and external vendors
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to thrive working across many cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence without authority and resolve issues diplomatically
  • Ability to understand workstream/task interdependencies and timeline implications
  • Ability to escalate issues and risks appropriately
  • Mastery of Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides) and Asana (Project Management Tool)
  • Experience executing first-of-a-kind projects or campaigns
  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • A proactive approach and positive attitude

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in Project Management, PMO or Program Management
  • Proven history of successful project management within:
  • A highly cross-functional and fast-paced environment
  • Large projects with numerous workstreams and interdependencies
  • Projects that span design and implementation
  • Projects in operations and/or supply chain
  • Experience in consumer products or consumer technology industry


  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field
