Job Description:

Establish internal projects goals, communicate project deliverables, strategies, requirements, and detailed schedules to team members. Manage project prioritizations and workloads. 
Review briefs for completeness and understand business goals and requirements for all website projects. Ensure project is launched on time and meets initial project requirements. Respond quickly to change in scope or project schedule, communicating with stakeholders any impacts to the project and the overall website. 
Inform Marketing on scoping/briefing digital projects, facilitate collaboration among Marketing and UX teams and work cross-functionally within the Ideation timeline with SEO and accessibility. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a “digital flow” and provide knowledge sharing and expectations for hand off to development. 
Model Digital Producer excellence and best practices for the team. Strive to grow and develop self through training and development opportunities. 

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years as a digital producer or website content manager
• Understand business goals and requirements for website projects
• Be able to apply digital best practices to drive operational efficiencies
• Communication strategist with the ability to influence and impact marketing strategies / creative briefs
• Ability to multi-task a variety of initiatives/ projects in an a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated capability to deliver work and provide positive leadership in fast-paced, multi-project team-oriented environment
• Track record of leading program executions that have driven strong, measurable business results
• Creative problem solving, negotiating and resolving conflict in a collaborative spirit
• Schedules daily and weekly site updates to meet or exceed expectations, prioritizes projects and effectively manages the workflow Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations – understands marketing workflow and skillsets
• Ability to flex and navigate effectively through ambiguity
• Keen ability to prioritize and make quick decisions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to self-manage with stellar time-management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
• Experience with HTML, Photoshop and Sketch a plus
• Experienced in translating business objectives into digital experiences
• Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope website and other digital work
• Skilled at documenting process and requirements
• Strong self-management and workload tracking
