Job Description:

Seeking a super organized, high energy, operations teammate to join the Executive Sponsor Program. You will undertake numerous projects and operations to support a high profile, highly impactful and effective program to connect our executives with account teams and our most strategic customers. You will work with team members and internal partners globally. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and flexibly do what needs to get done for team success in this fast-growing, high-profile program is a must.

This position requires tactical management of a high volume of updates to Quip, Google Docs and Sheets, and Org62 while following and suggesting best practices and procedures. The best candidate will have Salesforce experience and the ability to work with executive management, sales management, executive admins, data teams, and other critical organizations to ensure collaborative program success across our stakeholders. You will collaborate with our Team Operations Lead to design a stakeholder inquiry system, develop a tracking/posting system for customer connections, programmatically collect data for program Success Stories, and assist in Exec Meeting logging across our stakeholders and program partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Juggle multiple projects, set expectations, then prioritize and support accordingly
  • Track, monitor, research, and respond to stakeholder inquiries via email, Google Forms, and Chatter Posts
  • Track and support recurring updates to the Exec Admin List
  • Eligible Sponsors
  • Spreadsheets or reports of Sponsorships by region or segment
  • Contact lists of all Program Partners
  • Team calendar for Executive Events
  • Optimize and Manage Processes
  • Track meetings logged weekly and quarterly to identify non meeting loggers and follow-up as needed
  • Mass Meeting Uploads - collect sheets, scrub & match user IDs, log ticket & follow-up to completion
  • Translate program processes into a consistent format
  • Track program content consumption & enablement impact Bi-weekly; suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with and support program team on operations efficiency
  • Data Integrity Support
  • Format new/updated sponsor information for dashboard uploads
  • Pull reports, format, and support data needs for communications distribution lists and uploads
  • Support data integrity efforts, including manual look-ups

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years experience of excellent customer service and operations with multiple levels of titles
  • 2+ years experience with Excel AND the Salesforce app, including knowledge of how to pull reports
  • 1+ year experience working directly for Salesforce (contractor or previous employee)
  • Excellent project and time management; Highly organized, detail-focused, results driven, accountable
  • Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quick and adaptive learner
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, Computer Science or related field, or 4+ years experience in a similar position
