Job Description:

We are hiring a Communication Specialist for a leading coffee retailer in Seattle, WA to implement communications programs within a department or business unit. Who will protect and enhances the Company's internal and external reputation with communication materials. Must have corporate communications, preferably at a multi-unit retailer or an agency. And a min of 2 years experience.

3 Project Management experience to put together the process of creating this newsletter and the process for moving foward


Business intelligence and data services team – cutting edge tech, AI, edge computing – very interesting!

This is a new role for the team so they don’t have the ability to train

Typical Day:
Sr level – operate indecently
Newsletter for IT Organizations (5/6 groups – emerging tech too!)
Has ability to work with cross-functional groups
Where we can get this info for the newsletter?
Automate gathering info
Craft newsletter 400+ readers in org for internal communications
Slightly PM to gather information/ Slightly copy/content to put together the newsletter
Putting together the process for this and creating a template so this can move forward smoothly
How to tell the story – communications/marketing background
Ad-hoc project as well – file structures, documentation
Organization skills necessary
