Large healthcare client is looking for a focused, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Traffic Manager to join their in-house Agency. This position can be remote until it is safe to work on site. 

Looking for someone who can manage multiple traditional creative projects mostly packaging projects at one time in a fast-paced environment.
From leading coordination of projects through various stages of scoping, creative and process, you will engage with project teams to identify and address critical path or road block issues and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
You will further create timelines and track project progress with Gant Charts in order to deliver projects successfully and seamlessly, on time and on budget.

A leader that builds and documents procedures, outlines and identifies SOPs and adheres to processes, you clearly understand the crucial procedures involved in workflow and deadline expectations.

Primary Responsibilities
o You will create and manage project staging and cadence between creative and production. You will also lead coordination through various stages of scoping, creative development and process
o Responsible for developing the project plan, inclusive of milestones, timelines and deadlines, in a workflow management tool (i.e. Wrike). You will guide, monitor and facilitate project teams through the project workflow processes to ensure that activities are accurately completed for each milestone
o You will maintain and manage the accuracy of the project plan and ensure team deliverables align and sync to the timeline
o Partner with senior leaders for timely feedback and approvals to manage strict adherence to schedules and deadlines
o You are a natural troubleshooter, with the ability to anticipate risks and challenges to project success; you are proactive in identifying and acting to escalate appropriately
o You will generate status reports, lead weekly status meetings and recommend process improvements
o You know how important peer group relationships are and will be diligent in developing and growing positive relationships both with your peers, key stakeholders and external partners
o Support the project team in ensuring that all project information such as the scope, goals and resources analyses are properly documented, updated as needed, and archived appropriately.

o At least a bachelor’s degree is required
o 4 - 7 years of project and/or traffic management for print or packaging experience is required
o Must have experience developing and managing Gant charts
o Experience within a design, creative, marketing or communications organization is required
o Clear, concise writing and communications (both oral and written) skills are required
o The ability to provide actionable KPIs such as data against financials, workflow assessments and measurements, and time-tracking metrics are required
o Superior organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills, as well as solid decision-making skills are required
o Demonstrated success at leading teams under tight deadlines
o Demonstrated experience guiding business partners through the design process
o Knowledge of Wrike is a plus, but not required
