Job Description:

Duties:

  • Work with internal teams to establish best practices and procedures to ensure reliable program execution
  • Monitor and troubleshoot client progress and onboarding to a range of Commerce product and features
  • Assist Strategic Partner Managers in completing non-technical client onboardings tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Completing tracking documentation, updating client records within internal tools, establishing VC meetings with clients and internal stakeholders,looping in technical resources to written or verbal client comms as required.
  • Manage GK permissions and access to new product/feature(s)
  • Gather learnings and insights for:
    • 1) internal teams to help further develop and evolve our products
    • 2) our Commerce partners to help them achieve their marketing objectives

Skills:

  • 2+ years experience process or project management in a client facing capacity
  • Desire to be a part of the constantly evolving Commerce landscape
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment and execute in a timely fashion
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • General knowledge of social media business features 

Education:

  • BA/BS degree required
