Marketing Platform Analyst

This is a 6 mos (with opportunity to extent) contract, on-site in Indianapolis. 

 

Google Analytics required.

You must have a passion and curiosity about data and analytics and insights about the data.

Also, you should like to train and educate teams about the data and how it can be beneficial to them.

 

The Marketing Analytics and Platform Consultant creates the analytics strategy for two global sales enablement platforms, leads the rollout of new and existing markets onto the platforms and is the first point of contact for support requests with local and global customers.

Creates the analytics strategy.

Analyzes and reports on the performance and efficiency of interactive sales aids via Google Analytics and Data Studio.

Trains markets on how to use Google Analytics in order to better understand and act on their data.

Leads the rollout of customers onto Interactive Sales Aid platforms.

Provides platform and sales content training to internal and external customers.

Maintains inventory of platform knowledge base articles and platform marketing materials; updates and adds content as necessary.

Creates digital communications to inform stakeholders about platform updates, incidents and insights.

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on special projects.

 

Skills:  

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related fields; or equivalent work experience. 

Google Analytics

3-5 years experience in an office or business setting. 

Participation in an approved college internship program may be considered in lieu of experience. 

Experience working in a regulated environment.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently.

Experience working with teams across multiple time zones.

 

Preferred Requirements

Knowledge of managing support requests via a ticketing tool, like Zendesk

Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro

Data Studio

ExactTarget, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

 

Education:      

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
