Job Description:

Our client's Retail Learning and Development (RLD) group prepares leaders and team members to succeed in their roles and flourish in their career. The RLD Design team is a group of creative and disciplined problem solvers who produce learning experiences. In this role, you will work with the design team to produce rich, engaging media solutions that reach our client’s retail team members around the world.
Primary Responsibilities
• Consult with partners, peers and cross-functional teams to envision effective, high-quality media
solutions that meet business needs
• Apply brand standards to produce elegant media assets that meet learning objectives with a sense of
style and intelligence
• Create scripts, storyboards, mockups and other types of pre-production documents that help
communicate a vision for instructional media deliverables
• Coordinate logistics for successful photo/video shoots and sound recordings
• Create call sheets, production schedules and other types of pre-production documents
• Organize media equipment for video shoots and sound recordings
• Act as a script supervisor and production assistant on video shoots
• Operate video, audio and grip equipment on set as needed
• Record and edit voice over talent for audio and video projects
• Assist with post production by story producing, creating video string outs and paper edits
• Organize and manage completed assets (photos/video/audio), associated file names and metadata
• Maintain expertise in the latest technology, tools and techniques related to media production
• Participate in meetings, whether in-person or virtual, domestic or internationally
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications
• Understanding of and experience with the media production process, best practices, industry
standards, tools, approaches and technology
• Experience producing audio/video projects, visual assets, presentations, and other media assets
• Experience with/understanding of instructional design
• Can handle multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver on time—while upholding the creative
vision
• Highly organized with a methodical approach to equipment organization and maintenance
• Can ‘see around the corner’ and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, project managers, program managers, and others to
bring ideas to life
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills (spoken and written)
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and readily-available transportation to local media shoots

Education & Experience
• At least three years of production experience as a freelancer, at a commercial production company, or in
an internal corporate media production environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Media Communications, RTF, or a related discipline
• Mac OS and greater ecosystem expertise required
Preferred: résumés accompanied by portfolio, demo reel and/or website link
