Job Description:



Builds demand generation plan for all products within a segment. Utilizes knowledge of all product lines within a segment to create and manage product launch and transition plans. Manages product demand plan throughout entire product and customer lifecycle. Manages demand plan to prevent excess lead times as well as shortage/excess production levels. Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives. Analyzes gaps to plan and evaluates impact to financial targets.

Outbound Leads (also known as sales plays) are a marketing vehicle that this role coordinates across Sales management, Product groups, and marketing teams to deliver targeted actions to front-line sales reps to drive conversations with B2B customers.

Day to Day:
a) collecting, standardizing and refining play objectives and criteria from requestors.
b) providing targeting critieria to BI team for target list pulling.
c) creating campaigns / play shells in SFDC.
d) assisting PG/marketing in writing up talking points and dynamic data for plays.
e) spot checking / auditing play loads for errors and issues.
f) reporting out on play perfomance and best/worst performing activity to inform next quarter's play list.

-- Strong written communication skills, Excel skills.
-- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and specifically the lead/campaign modules.
-- Detail oriented and able to work between multiple stakeholders and maintain alignment to a strict workflow and schedule.
-- Project management, B2B marketing OR sales operations experience, 3 yrs +
