Our major health & personal care client is looking for a seasoned design researcher and strategist, a systems thinker and sense maker, a lover of complexity and simplicity!

with designers, scientists and marketers alike, and enjoy making design thinking accessible to others. As a collaborator, you have the ability to engage with a wide range of partners successfully. You are a self-starter and
a confident leader who can represent the client on a cross-functional team, guiding it to deliver intelligent, thoughtful, people-centered solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
Our client is developing a customer-centered design process that embeds design thinking into the end-to-end drug product development process. The goal is to fully integrate patient and customer insights
into the development process and create an inter-connected ecosystem of accessible knowledge, data, insight models and synthesis tools. Your primary responsibility will be to develop this model and its supporting tools.

In your role, you will:
o Form and refine the knowledge ecosystem (piloting a preliminary model, then refining)
o Develop synthesis and sensemaking tools that make insights accessible and bring them into the
development process
o Collaborate with our in-house Digital Experience Design team (DXD) in the design of a digital portal that
houses the knowledge, processes and tools
Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree in Design, Design Research and Strategy or a related field is required
o A minimum of 10 years of experience in design research and strategy and systems change
o Pharma insights experience preferred but not required
o Ability to manage complexity and develop intuitive systems
o Ability to translate unfamiliar processes and methodologies into accessible frameworks and tools
o Persistent and diligent attention to detail
o Demonstrated strong visual, written and verbal communications skills
o Demonstrated experience in engaging diverse stakeholders in adopting new practices
